CEI staff developed mechanical construction documents to renovate and repair four (4) base barrack building's HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems to include new area fan coils, complete retrofit of the building's Mechanical Equipment Room and re-design of the heating and chilled water distribution systems.

Replace HVAC System Building 2-1138, Fort Bragg, NC

CEI staff developed mechanical construction documents to replace the HVAC system for Administration Building 2-1138 including a new building chiller, boiler integration, heating and chilled water piping systems design, new air handlers, new VAV boxes and a completely new air distribution systems.

Renovate Simmons Fire Station Bldg P-4539, Fort Bragg, NC

CEI developed HVAC and plumbing systems design for the Simmons Air Field fire station including new packaged DX units, new air distribution system, revamped plumbing system and new Truck Apparatus Rooms heating and ventilation systems.

Renovate CMA Energy Plant, Fort Bragg, NC

CEI assisted in the development of the scope of work for the facility's planned renovation and provided quality assurance / quality control of the mechanical (chiller and boiler) system design elements.

CEI staff developed mechanical construction documents to renovate the each dining facility's (DFAC) HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems to include new area air handling units, exhaust fans, all new sub-floor piping and integration of the building's new Mechanical Equipment Room equipment.

J.T. Russell Asphalt Storage System Project, Charlotte, NC

CEI was contracted to provide all mechanical and electrical engineering design services for the development of a new asphalt storage system to include piping system, pumping system, controls system, power system and heat trace system design.
